Ashley Schroeder

The dream team is put together and perfectly curated by Ashley. She coordinates putting all the pieces together to make your event an enchanting experience. Her ability to connect you with vendors and focus on the little things is her specialty.

It all started one day when an energetic, outgoing visionary saw a need for an upscale event planning service based out of Wisconsin. After spending time living in other cities nationwide, Ashley discovered how much she enjoyed attending events that were memorable. Breaking out of the norm and being involved in creating a lasting experience is what she focuses on for her clients.

Ashley has always done the work with passion, seeking fulfillment, paying close attention to detail, and getting involved in the next latest thing. You could say she knows a thing or two about making sure your experience will be everything you would wish upon a star for. She keeps moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because she’s curious and curiosity keeps leading to new paths.

Ashley is a connector, a people person, and lives for executing a next level experience.  She spent over 15 years working for in the hospitality industry and working for sports teams such as The Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, Miami Heat, and Miami Dolphins. Through her work experience at Milwaukee’s Summerfest, Iron Horse Hotel, Kimpton Hotels, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, she became a pro at large-scale events – from the visual details and mission impact, down to the inevitable troubleshooting. In addition to working events, Ashley obtained her luxury event experience working in Scottsdale, Arizona at The Sanctuary Camelback Resort and Silverleaf Golf Club where celebrities frequent often.

As a wedding coordinator, her love for exploring Wisconsin is unmatched, so much so that she kept coming back to her home state after living outside of the state for many years. She was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. The Chain of Lakes in Waupaca is her favorite places to be in the summer.
